Paula Smith

Paula Smith has a distinguished work history with experience in various roles within the finance industry. Paula began their career in 1992 as an HR Associate at Bank Julius Baer before moving on to AB Bernstein where they worked as a DC Associate. In 1996, they joined Seligman Advisors, Inc. as a Vice President and later became a Senior Vice President until 2008. Paula then held the position of VP, Head of Retirement at RiverSource Investments from 2008 to 2010. Paula subsequently worked as a Vice President, Retirement Plans at Columbia Threadneedle Investments, US from 2010 to 2011. Paula's most recent role was at Voya Investment Management, where they held various senior positions including Senior Vice President, Head of DCIO and College Saving Products, Senior Vice President - Head of DC and Affiliate Business Development, and currently Senior Vice President, Head of Retirement and College Savings Product and Strategy since February 2021.
