Benny Xian

Benny Xian is an accomplished entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience in technology and innovation. Currently serving as the Founder of Project AI+Compassion since January 2019, Benny advocates for the importance of compassion in the evolving landscape of AI. As Co-Creator and Investor at Voyadi, Benny contributed to the company's recognition as a leading disruptor in the travel industry. Additionally, Benny engages in writing and researching themes of innovation, entrepreneurship, and leadership through AI+C Writing. With a rich background in mentorship at StartX and foundational roles at Banian Labs and Beyondcore, which was acquired by Salesforce, Benny has significantly influenced the startup ecosystem. Previous leadership experiences include roles at Midori Linux, TransChina, and Transmeta, where groundbreaking advancements in microprocessor technology were achieved. Benny holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Entrepreneurship from Stanford University and a Bachelor’s degree with High Honors in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida.
