Investors buy units in the DirectMoney Personal Loan Income Fund. Successful borrowers enter into loan contracts managed by DirectMoney. Borrower interest is paidto investors after deducting of loan losses and management fees. Borrowers with good credit and employment history will be offered rates that are priced according to their credit rating.
