Michael's career includes significant roles at Bupa Global as Director of Travel Insurance and Strategy Director, and Bupa as Head of Strategy Development. Prior to these positions, Michael worked as a Commercial Manager at Avis Rent A Car and as a Consultant at L.E.K. Consulting. Michael's educational background includes a Master of Public Administration in Health/Health Care Administration from Columbia University, along with a Master of Public Administration in Economic Policy and Health Policy from The London School of Economics and Political Science, and a Bachelor of Commerce/Bachelor of Science from The University of Auckland.

Voyage Care supports thousands of people across the UK with a variety of complex and specialist support needs. Our services provide care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and mental health needs, including services which specialise in supporting people with conditions such as autism and challenging behaviour. The people we support are at the heart of all we do.
