Michelle Heller

Michelle Heller has a diverse work experience in quality assurance testing. Michelle worked as a Quality Assurance Test Engineer at Voyager Portal since 2021 and previously at Oracle from 2020 to 2021. Before that, they worked at NeoGrid as an Analyst of Testes Pleno from 2017 to 2020, primarily focusing on test automation using Selenium WebDriver in Java. Michelle also has experience as an Assistant of Quality at SoftExpert from 2012 to 2017, where they worked on test automation projects, executed manual tests, and maintained test plans. Michelle started at SoftExpert as an intern and progressed to higher roles within the company.

Michelle Heller completed their post-graduate studies in Engineering Quality at UniSociesc Centro Universitário from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained their undergraduate degree in Technology in Systems Analysis and Development from the Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina from 2011 to 2015.

In addition to their formal education, Michelle obtained several certifications. In 2021, they became certified as a NetSuite Certified SuiteFoundation professional through Oracle. In 2020, they obtained the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft. In 2019, they achieved the Certified Tester Foundation Level - CTFL certification from the BSTQB - Brazilian Software Testing Qualifications Board. Furthermore, in 2018, they obtained the Auditor Líder do Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade ISO 9001:2015 certification from BSI.
