Sabrina Oliveira de Godoi

Sabrina Oliveira de Godoi serves as Head of HR at Voyager Portal since January 2023, overseeing global HR operations and initiatives within a B2B SaaS startup focused on the maritime industry. Prior to this role, Sabrina held the position of People Partner at Diebold Nixdorf from February 2021 to January 2023, where responsibilities included supporting HR operations in Brazil and Mexico while contributing to regional HR transformations. Experience also includes working as an HR Specialist at NPAccel for a brief period, providing recruitment support, and serving as a Human Resources Consultant at MPerfetto, managing end-to-end recruitment processes across Latin America. Earlier in the career, Sabrina worked as a People Operations Generalist at Zion Tech Group, facilitating recruitment projects. Sabrina is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Law at Universidade São Judas Tadeu and a Postgraduate degree in HR in Tech: People, Culture and Innovation at FIAP.
