Ben Hall currently serves as Partner and Chief Revenue Officer at both Driven Coffee Roasters and Voyager Snack Company, positions Ben has held since April 2024. Previously, Ben was with ESAB from June 2011 to April 2024, where Ben advanced through various roles, including Sales Director for Specialty Alloy and North Central Region, and Regional Technical Sales Manager for AlcoTec. In these roles, Ben managed a team of 15 territory managers, focusing on account management, new business development, and market analysis. Ben began their career in sales at Fastenal from July 2009 to June 2011. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Management from Olivet Nazarene University, obtained in 2009.
