Paul Searcy

Paul Searcy is a highly experienced professional in the field of optics, currently serving as the Director of Electro Optics at Voyager Space since June 2024. As a Technical Consultant at Paul Searcy Optics since February 2017, Searcy offers expertise in polarization optics, liquid crystals, and laser design. Previously, Searcy held key roles at BridgeComm, Inc. as Chief Scientist and Principal Research Development Engineer, focusing on optical communications networks. Searcy's career also includes significant positions at Meadowlark Optics, picolight, and Displaytech, contributing to R&D, engineering, and optical system design. Searcy holds an MSEE from the University of Colorado Boulder and a BS in Optics/Material Science from Caltech.
