Stanley Chung

Stanley Chung, Ph.D. has a strong work experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. Stanley currently works as an Engineer at Voyager Therapeutics, Inc. starting from July 2022. Prior to this, they were a Senior Scientist at Frontera Therapeutics from February 2020 to July 2022. Stanley also worked at Solid Biosciences as a Scientist II from September 2019 to January 2020 and as a Scientist I from April 2018 to September 2019.

Stanley earned their Ph.D. at Northeastern University, where they worked as a PhD Candidate from September 2013 to December 2017. Stanley gained experience in process development and research through their roles as an Upstream Process Development Co-op at Bristol-Myers Squibb in 2017, a Research Associate at Abpro in 2013, and a Graduate Research Assistant at Johns Hopkins University in the Betenbaugh Lab from January 2011 to October 2012.

Additionally, Stanley has previous experience as a Research and Development Intern at Colgate-Palmolive in 2010. Stanley also worked as a Research Assistant at Johns Hopkins University in the Yarema Lab from September 2008 to January 2010, where they contributed to studies on neuron progenitor cell growth and differentiation. Prior to this, they were a Research Assistant at the University of California in the Mascharak Lab from June 2008 to August 2008, focusing on the synthesis and purification of organic compounds for nitric oxide release.

Stanley Chung, Ph.D. has a comprehensive education history. Stanley began their education at Bellarmine College Preparatory from 2003 to 2007, where they completed their high school education. From 2007 to 2011, they attended The Johns Hopkins University, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering. Following their undergraduate studies, Stanley pursued a Master of Science in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University from 2011 to 2012. Finally, they completed their Doctor of Philosophy in Chemical Engineering at Northeastern University from 2013 to 2017.
