Mark Heiner

Mark Heiner is a Senior Propulsion Engineer at Voyager Technologies since November 2025, with prior experience as an Aerospace Engineer III at Exquadrum, focusing on propulsion system and propellant development from July 2019 to November 2025. Mark served as a Graduate Research Assistant at Utah State University from January 2017 to June 2019, leading multiple campaigns for static test fires of hybrid rockets. Additionally, Mark completed an internship in fluid dynamics at Sierra Nevada Corporation in the summer of 2018, working on propulsion feed systems. Mark holds a Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, both from Utah State University.
