Amber Encinias

Amber Encinias has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Amber currently holds the position of Regional Vice President of Strategy at Voyages Behavioral Health. Prior to this, they worked at PAM Health in various roles, including Regional Vice President of Strategic Initiatives and Regional Director of Strategic Initiatives. Amber also served as the Director of Strategic Initiatives and Integration, as well as a Clinical Liaison at PAM Health.

Amber has also worked at Acuity Healthcare as a Physician Liaison, at Alamo Hospice as a Hospice Consultant, and at Kirkwood Manor Nursing & Rehab Center as the Director of Business Development. Amber gained experience in business and operations management as the co-owner of Queen B's, a custom jewelry boutique. Additionally, they volunteered as a Musician at Crossroads Church.

Earlier in their career, Amber served as the Director of Business Development at Trisun Sundance Nursing and Rehab and as the Director of Admissions/Marketing at Colonial Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation. Amber was also a member of Central Texas Advocates for Seniors.

Throughout their career, Amber has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, business development, marketing, and team leadership.

Amber Encinias attended Colorado Christian University in 2003, where they studied Worldview, Theology, and Music Studies. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications in Developing Your Team Members and Strategies for Outlearning the Competition from LinkedIn in 2020.
