Frederic Lavaud

Frederic Lavaud has extensive experience in human resources and training within the tourism sector, currently serving as Chargé de développement des ressources humaines and Responsable formation at Voyageurs du Monde since October 2003. Previously, Frederic held roles related to training and corporate social responsibility, and also led the development of themed travel packages as Directeur de production. Prior to joining Voyageurs du Monde, Frederic worked with Nouvelles Frontieres from 1992 to September 2003 as Chef de marché. Academically, Frederic holds a Master 2 (M2) in Tourism Luxury & Hospitality from Université Paris-Est Marne-la-Vallée, a BTS in Tourism from ENC Bessières, and a professional certificate in Management de la Formation from IB - groupe Cegos.
