Alicia Boyd is an experienced professional with a background in patient transport and customer service. Currently serving as a Patient Transfer Attendant at Voyageur Transportation Services since August 2019, Alicia ensures the safe transport of patients while maintaining effective communication and managing vehicle readiness. Prior to this role, Alicia excelled as a Server at Swiss Chalet Restaurant and a Shift Supervisor at Wendy's, where key skills in multitasking, problem-solving, and guest satisfaction were developed. Earlier experiences include working as a Crew Member at The Wendy's Company and as a Dance Teacher at Dance London, showcasing a diverse skill set in both the food service and educational sectors. Alicia holds a degree in Paramedics from Fanshawe College and a degree in Fitness and Health Promotion from Conestoga College.
