Masha (Maria) Gindiya has a diverse range of work experience. Masha (Maria) is currently working as the U.S. Operations Manager at Voyagu since August 2020. Prior to this, they worked as the Business Operations Manager/Finance at Travel Consolidator Group, Inc from October 2014 to July 2020.

Masha (Maria) also gained experience in UX/UI design as part of their project experience at UC Berkeley Extension from April 2019 to April 2020, where they worked on developing an app called "Buddy" that allows people to spend time with pets on demand.
