Vova Lavrovsky

Vova Lavrovsky's work experience includes serving as the Chief of Democracy at Democratech Israel, starting in February 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Engineer at Voyantis - Growth Superpowers, starting in August 2021. Vova also worked as a Software Engineer at Kenshoo from March 2019 to June 2021. In 2017, they co-founded VAYO.tech, a crypto token management and accounting platform for companies. Vova served as a Co-Founder at VAYO.tech from August 2017 to October 2018. Before that, they held the role of Sponsors Relations at HackIDC, the first and largest student hackathon in Israel, from October 2016 to November 2017. Lavrovsky also has experience as an Officer (Captain) in the IDF, where they served from November 2007 to October 2015.
