Yaron Wander

Yaron Wander has a diverse work experience. Yaron started their career as an Operation Manager in the Israeli Air Force, where they managed and executed numerous training and operational flights. Yaron also led a successful project involving the design and implementation of a new aircraft and aircrew management system. After their tenure in the air force, Yaron worked as a pilot for EL AL Israel Airlines, specifically as a First Officer for Boeing 777/787 Dreamliner aircraft. In this role, they managed a team of air crews, flight attendants, and engineers, taking full ownership and providing real-time solutions for unexpected events. Yaron then transitioned to Playtika, where they served as a Monetization Manager and later as a Monetization Team Lead. In these roles, they were responsible for revenue and daily active user key performance indicators (KPIs). Yaron developed and executed monetization strategies, designed and launched campaigns, and analyzed results while collaborating with various teams within the company. Yaron's most recent work experience is with Voyantis, where they are currently employed in the customer growth department.

Yaron Wander completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management of Technology, Innovation & Entrepreneurship from Tel Aviv University between 2017 and 2019. Prior to that, between 2012 and 2014, they pursued a degree in Economics with an interdepartmental major in Computer Science at Reichman University.
