Vova Lavrovsky

Vova Lavrovsky has a diverse work experience. Vova started their career as an Officer in the IDF, serving as a Captain from November 2007 to October 2015. In 2016, they joined HackIDC as a Sponsors Relations professional, working on organizing student hackathons. In 2017, they co-founded VAYO.tech, a crypto token management and accounting platform for companies. At VAYO.tech, they served as a Co-Founder and contributed to developing software for managing crypto holdings. In 2019, they joined Kenshoo as a Software Engineer until June 2021. Most recently, they joined Voyantis in August 2021 as a Software Engineer and later progressed to the role of Software Engineering Team Lead in July 2023. Additionally, they are currently working at Democratech Israel as the Chief of Democracy since February 2023.

Vova Lavrovsky attended Reichman University from 2015 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science. Vova also attended Reichman University from 2017 to 2018 as a student in the Zell Entrepreneurship Program.
