Dexter Ong

Dexter Ong currently serves as the Head of Business Development and Strategic Initiatives at VoyceMe since May 2024. Prior to this, Dexter held multiple senior roles at WEBTOON from August 2021 to February 2024, including Head of Business Development and Strategic Initiatives (SVP) and Interim Head of Content & Creators. Dexter also held key positions at Wattpad between April 2018 and September 2021, focusing on international strategy and Asian markets. Additional experience includes director roles at 21st Century Fox and CA Media, as well as advisory positions in content development and corporate development. Dexter began a consulting career at Bain & Company and has also worked as a pricing manager at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. Dexter holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's Degree from the University of Cambridge.
