Michael Nenninger has a long and varied work experience. Michael began their career in 1996 as an Interim Project Manager for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. In 1997, they moved to KPMG as a Manager and Head of eBusiness Practice (B2B) Central Europe. In 2000, they joined METRO Asset Management/Beisheim Holding Schweiz as an Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing. From 2001 to 2002, they held Advisory Board Member positions at UDO BÄR GmbH, NürnbergMesse GmbH, and ifo Institute - Leibniz Institute for Economic Research. In 2011, they co-founded Voycer Digital GmbH and served as its CEO. In 2013, they became a Partner at rpc - The Retail Performance Company, where they have been providing consulting, coaching, training and HR services to BMW on HQ, market and dealer levels.

Michael Nenninger attended Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg from 1991 to 1995, where they earned a Master in Management & Computer Science. In 1997, they attended American University for a course in International Business & Trade. In 2009 and 2010, they attended ESMT Berlin, where they earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Management in General Management.
