Jorge Henao

Jorge Henao has a diverse work experience in the fields of AI, machine learning, software architecture, and technical pre-sales. Jorge currently works at Vozy as an AI/Machine learning engineer. Prior to this, they worked as the CTO/Idependent Consultant at diezonce.co, where they focused on stable diffusion domain adaptation and designing and implementing interactive experiences using generative AI and conversational systems.

Before diezonce.co, Jorge worked at Intergrupo as the IGLab Director, where they managed the R&D&I team and supported digital transformations with emerging technologies. Jorge also worked as an IGLab researcher and software architect at Intergrupo, where they developed conversational and cloud apps and designed solutions architectures using Asp.net and SharePoint technologies.

Earlier in their career, Jorge worked as a software engineer at FactoryNet Ltda and a software developer at Fundación Instituto de Cancerología. Jorge has a strong background in software development and a solid understanding of object-oriented programming.

Jorge Henao completed their education from 2005 to 2010 at Institución Universitaria Salazar y Herrera, where they earned a degree in Systems Engineering with a focus on Computing, Software, and Engineering. In addition to their degree, Jorge has obtained several certifications. In August 2005, they became a Microsoft Certified Professional. In August 2015, they achieved the SCRUM Master Accredited Certification from the International Scrum Institute. At the same time, they also obtained the SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. Most recently, in January 2017, Jorge earned a certification in the "Internet of Things: Roadmap to a Connected World" from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
