Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a strong background in organic products and nutrition. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana has established an online store focused on body care and environmental sustainability. In addition to this role, Mariana has been an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016 and previously managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Mariana's expertise in nutrition was demonstrated through work as a Nutriologist in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019 and as a university lecturer in applied mathematics and food history from August 2016 to August 2017.
