Sara Segura

Sara Segura has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Sara started their career as a consultant in flexible packaging at Coldeplast in 2008 and stayed with the company for a decade, until 2018. Sara then joined Planet IFE as a Business Executive, focusing on communication strategies for in-flight services. After two years, Sara moved on to Vozy, where they held several roles, including Key Account Manager, Head of CSM & KAM, and their current position as Head of Customer Service at Vozy, which they started in November 2022.

Sara Segura attended Universidad EAFIT from 2003 to 2008, where they obtained a degree in Grado en Ingeniería with a specialization in Ingeniería de Producción. Additionally, they pursued further education at Universidad CES, where they completed a degree in Especialista in Gerencia de Negocios Internacionales. The duration of their education at Universidad CES is unknown.
