Doreen Vozzola

As a co-founder of Vozzcom, Doreen has helped to define a mission that is focused on providing Vozzcom clients with highly specialized field techs who can easily speak to cable customers about all aspects of cable.

Over the past seven years, Vozzcom has grown to include more than 25 offices with operations in 12 states, serving millions of cable customers a year. With over 10 years in the cable industry, Doreen has passed her customer service knowledge to the field operations, allowing Vozzola's employees to establish relationships with cable customers that translate into some of the highest customer retention rates in the industry. Doreen participates in several cable and diversity panels each year during the Cable Show and SCTE Cable Tec-Expo for the Walter Kaitz Foundation, discussing the challenges of business in the 21st Century. She remains committed to the belief that happy employees are committed employees who go above and beyond to ensure Vozzcom's clients are being serviced by the best workforce in the business.
