Amanda Knowles

Amanda Knowles has a strong background in finance and operations. Amanda started their career at HBOS in 2004 as a Senior Internal Auditor and later became a Senior Accountant, overseeing the consolidation and reporting function for five brand mortgages. In 2008, they joined Vp plc as a Senior Internal Auditor and then took on roles such as Project Director - Transform and Compliance Director. Amanda is currently the Operations Director at Vp plc. Amanda has proven success in leading change management programs and coordinating project work streams, as well as implementing training programs and managing reporting functions.

Amanda Knowles has a diverse educational background. Amanda first attended the University of Leeds from 1997 to 2000 where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics and Management Studies. Amanda then pursued further education and successfully completed the Associate (ACA) program at ICAEW in 2003. In 2011, Amanda began studying at the University of Leeds again, this time completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, which they finished in 2013. Amanda continued their professional development by obtaining a National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety from NEBOSH in 2015. In 2020, they completed the Level 3 program, specifically the Award in Undertaking End-Point Assessment (RQF) at Highfield. Additionally, Amanda is recognized as a Fellow (FCA) by ICAEW, indicating their advanced level of professional expertise in their field.
