Neil Gourlay Fdsc

Neil Gourlay FdSc has had a variety of roles and experiences throughout their career. Neil started in 2004 as a Department Supervisor at Pressure Engineering International. In 2006, they joined Tarmac as a Distribution Planner, and then moved up to the role of Distribution Supervisor in 2008. From 2012 to 2013, they served as Distribution Manager at Tarmac.

In 2013, Neil transitioned to become a Regional Dispatch Planning Manager at Tarmac, and then became a Regional Continuous Improvement Manager from 2015 to 2017. From 2017 to 2019, they held the position of National HS2 Logistics Manager at Tarmac.

In 2019, Neil joined Vp plc as the National Customer Service Manager, and then moved up to the role of Head of Logistics in 2023.
