Nathan Kalenuik

Nathan Kalenuik has extensive work experience in the construction and maintenance industry. Nathan started their career at Ballard Power Systems as a Team Lead Facilities, where they managed a team and oversaw facility expansion projects. Nathan then moved on to Amica Mature Lifestyles Inc, where they held various managerial roles, including Manager Safety and Building Systems and Corporate Manager of Buildings and Safety Systems. In these positions, they were responsible for asset management, safety, loss prevention, and developing maintenance and energy policies. Kalenuik then worked at CEEG West Inc as a Maintenance & Energy Management Professional, specializing in energy efficiency projects. Currently, they are with VPAC Construction Group Ltd as a Project Director, overseeing a team and leading technical tenant improvement projects. Overall, Kalenuik has a strong background in project management, facility operations, and energy management.

Nathan Kalenuik obtained an Engineer's Degree in Certified Energy Manager from the Canadian Institute for Training (CIET) in 2016. Prior to that, they studied Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Mohawk College from 1987 to 1991. Nathan also has additional certifications in project management and small projects from Procore Technologies and Lynda.com.
