Sonya Songer

Sonya Songer, M.S., PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as HR Manager at VPET USA LLC since November 2023. Prior to this role, Sonya was the Human Resources Director at Key Essentials to Behavior Management from December 2017 to October 2023, focusing on strategic HR and operations planning, succession planning, and managing EDD responses and hearings. Previous positions include Office/HR Manager at the Institute for Behavioral Health and HR Manager (Consultant) at Lucky Farms, Inc. Sonya began as an HR Generalist at the Institute for Applied Behavioral Analysis from December 2009 to May 2015. Educated at Southern New Hampshire University with a Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Sonya also holds a Bachelor of Arts from UC Santa Barbara and a Certificate in Human Resources Management from the University of California, Riverside.
