Yass Grijalva

Yass Grijalva has held several positions in the field of supply chain and operations management. Yass is currently working at VPET USA LLC as a Sr. Director Supply Chain, where they have proven himself to be a proactive and performance-driven executive with expertise in strategic planning, sourcing, and manufacturing excellence. Prior to this role, they served as a Sr. Manufacturing Operations Manager at DENSO from 2017 to 2020. Yass also worked at The Visual Pak Companies as a Director of Supply Chain and Operations from 2012 to 2017. Before that, they held positions at ITW, including Bi National Operations & Supply Chain Manager from 2007 to 2012 and Plant Manager from 2002 to 2007. Their career began at LEONI, where they worked as a Master Scheduler from 2001 to 2002.

Yass Grijalva obtained a Certification in Green Belt Six Sigma from UC San Diego in 2017. In 2013, they also received a Certification in Lean Enterprise from the same university. Yass Grijalva pursued a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the Instituto Tecnologico de Hermosillo, which they completed between 1993 and 1998.
