Matthew Welch

Matthew Welch is an experienced HSE Leader with a background in health and safety management in various industries including power, construction, and defense. Matthew has held positions such as HSE Manager, Lead Health and Safety Advisor, and Garrison Sergeant Major. Matthew has also served as a Regimental Quartermaster Sergeant Major and Operations Manager, demonstrating their strong leadership and management skills. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA Hons) degree in Leadership and Management from Northumbria University.
