Phil H.

Phil H. serves as the Head of Corporate Finance and Treasury at VPI since August 2022, leading financing for a pipeline exceeding £1 billion in support of energy transition projects, including a major carbon capture initiative. Previously, Phil held significant roles at Shell as CFO and Finance Director for pan-European power and gas trading, focusing on developing a portfolio for green energy sales, and at Future Biogas Ltd as CFO, overseeing renewable energy plants in the UK. Other experiences include consulting at Dandelion and financial leadership positions at REG Power Management, British Gas, and Noble Europe, complemented by an educational background that includes an MSc in Environmental Technology from Imperial College London and additional qualifications in corporate finance and treasury management.
