Amber Bielak

Amber Bielak is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and customer success within the healthcare supply chain sector, currently holding the position of Product Manager at VPL since September 2020. Previous roles include Manager of Customer Success in healthcare supply chain, and Underwriting Operations Manager at CNA Insurance, where Amber strengthened expertise in commercial insurance. Earlier career experience includes a supervisory role in bodily injury claims at GEICO and participation in the Emerging Leader Operations Management Program. Amber holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Risk Management from East Carolina University, complemented by overseas study in Nijmegen, the Netherlands, and has completed CPCU 500 & 520 certifications.
