Alika Stricker

Alika Stricker is an Associate Engineer at VPLS. Alika has previously worked as an Operations Analyst at Pacxa and as a Help Desk Technician at Hale Kipa.

At Pacxa, Alika was responsible for network troubleshooting, AD account management, MDM and security (knox), remote and on-premise help desk assistance, computer/switch/laptop/IoT inventory, SharePoint administration, low-voltage technician, RDP troubleshooting, and more.

At Hale Kipa, Alika provided help desk assistance to clients, both remotely and on-premise. Alika also managed the organization's computer/switch/laptop/IoT inventory, SharePoint site, and RDP connections. In addition, Alika was responsible for low-voltage technician work and general troubleshooting.

Alika Stricker has a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from the University of Hawaii-West Oahu and an Associate of Science - AS in Information Technology from Kapi‘olani Community College.

Alika Stricker reports to Ed Buck, VP, Technology & Service Delivery. Alika Stricker works with Mond Pengpipat - Web Manager, Tosh Kittikeyrechaikun - Senior Network Engineer, and Phillip Mueller - Network Engineer.
