Jo Ann Cardwell

Jo Ann Cardwell currently serves as an Account Executive at VPM, a position held since November 2008, where responsibilities include prospecting and maintaining business sponsors for local PBS and NPR stations, as well as copywriting for radio and TV spots. Prior to this role, Jo Ann worked as a Development Associate and Volunteer Coordinator, focusing on volunteer management, outreach activities, and donor communications. Jo Ann's extensive experience in media began at WWBT/NBC12 Raycom Media from 1985 to 2008, where roles included Program Director, overseeing marketing and programming logistics, and serving as Executive Producer for the "Children's Miracle Network Telethon." Additionally, Jo Ann functioned as a Marketing Promotion Assistant and Production Coordinator, supporting advertising agencies and clients with production needs.
