Tim van de Haterd has accumulated a diverse range of experience in maritime operations and technical support. Currently employed as a Technical Support Engineer at VPS since August 2020, Tim previously held the role of Technical Support Assistant at the same company. Prior to this, Tim worked as a Stuurman for ZPMC - Red Box Energy Services from March 2016 to June 2018, and completed a graduation thesis on shipboard ballast water testing methods as an Afstudeer student at NIOZ Royal Netherlands Institute for Sea Research. Tim's early career included two internships at Spliethoff, where practical maritime experience was gained. Academically, Tim possesses a Bachelor of Maritime Operations from Rotterdam Mainport University and other relevant maritime qualifications from Scheepvaart & Transport College.
