Jon Cales

Jon Cales is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in the fields of learning and development, as well as aerospace and defense. Currently serving as a Project Manager for Learning & Development at Vertex Professional Services since December 2021, Jon previously held a similar role at Raytheon Technologies from December 2015 to December 2021. Prior experience includes managing projects at Beaver Aerospace & Defense, Inc. as both a Project Manager for Actuation and a Quality Assurance Specialist from October 2006 to December 2015. Jon began their career as a Survey Party Chief at Toll Brothers and served as a Civil Engineering Technician in the US Army from November 1995 to April 2005.
