Tony Atwater

Tony Atwater has extensive experience in educational program management, currently serving as a Learning Program Manager at VPS since January 2019. Prior to this role, Tony held the same title at Urban Science, where responsibilities included managing a $400K certification budget and developing a diverse curriculum across four solution areas from October 2014 to September 2018. Earlier experience includes leading program planning at Raytheon Professional Services and managing e-learning development at SPX Valley Forge. Tony's background also features roles in multimedia specialization, systems engineering, and programming. Tony holds a Master’s degree in Instructional Technology from Wayne State University and has undergraduate credentials from Southern University and A&M College.
