Hari Mohan

Hari Mohan is the Group CFO at VPS Healthcare. Hari has over 20 years of experience in finance and healthcare administration.

Hari Mohan began their career as an Audit Trainee at P. R. Mehra & Co. in 1987. Hari worked their way up to Financial Controller at Ranbaxy by 1995. From there, they went on to be the Financial Controller at Muscat Private Hospital from 2006 to 2008. In 2008, they became the Executive Director at International Medical Center, where they helped turn the organization around from a USD 30 million turnover to a USD +125 million per year business. In 2011, they left International Medical Center to join VPS Healthcare as their Group CFO.

At VPS Healthcare, Hari Mohan is responsible for the overall finance function as a senior member of the team. Hari has played a pivotal role in the growth of the organization, overseeing alliances and integral decisiveness. Under their leadership, VPS Healthcare has grown significantly, with a turnover of USD +125 million per year.

Hari Mohan has a FCA from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Zoology, Botony & Chemistry from Meerut University. Hari also has a Senior School Certificate from Sainik School, Ghorakhal, Nainital.

Hari Mohan reports to Shamsheer Vayalil, Chairman & Managing Director. Hari Mohan works with Omran Al Khoori - President, Business Development, Nabil Debouni - Group Medical Director, and Raja Rao - Head, Internal Audit.
