Darell Baptist

Darell Baptist currently serves as the Operations Manager at Vital Pharmaceuticals, Inc VPX, responsible for overseeing over 600,000 square feet of distribution, production, and storage warehouses, while managing daily shipping and receiving operations of more than 20,000 units. Previously, Darell held the position of Area Operations Manager at Amazon, leading a team in inbound and outbound operations and fostering a continuous culture of improvement. Prior experience includes serving as Warehouse Manager and Warehouse Supervisor at Coca-Cola Consolidated, where responsibilities encompassed daily warehouse functions, inventory control, and employee development. Darell holds a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Middle Tennessee State University.
