Nazym P.'s work experience starts in 2005 with BN-Invest Group, where they served as an Executive Officer in the Investors Relations Department. Nazym then moved on to Tilke GmbH & Co. KG in 2007, where they held the role of Managing Partner for the Kazakhstan Division. From 2013 to 2014, Nazym worked as the Director of CEE & CIS at Pepperwood Capital Partners, LLC. In 2014, they became a Member of the Board of Advisors at ALMEO, an exclusive distributor of leading fashion brands in Kazakhstan. In 2020, Nazym joined Temujin Foods Inc. as a Member of the Board of Directors. In 2013, they became a General Partner at ALTAY CAPITAL PARTNERS, an investment banking advisory firm. In 2015, Nazym founded SOUL OF NOMAD, a premium lifestyle brand, and served as the Chief Product Officer. Currently, they are an Investor and the Chief Operating Officer at VR UniBlock Inc, a wireless data transmission solution company catering to XR and other interactive technologies.

Nazym P. started their education journey in 2000 when they enrolled at South Dakota Mines. Nazym pursued coursework in Industrial Engineering until 2002. Following this, they attended California State University - East Bay from 2002 to 2005, where they completed their Bachelor of Science and Engineering degree, focusing on Industrial Engineering.
