Emily Dyer

Emily Dyer is a seasoned customer experience professional with extensive experience in retail management and customer service. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Experience Specialist at VRAI since October 2021, Emily previously held multiple roles at Signet Jewelers from August 2016 to October 2021, culminating in the position of Store Manager, where daily operations were overseen for a high-volume location. Prior experience includes a tenure as Assistant Manager at Touch of Silver, Gold, & Old, focusing on customer engagement and jewelry design from May 2013 to August 2016, and a role as Trip Leader at Indiana University Outdoor Adventures, where interactive lessons were planned and executed. Additional experience includes working as a Program Counselor at Philmont Scout Ranch, teaching various skills to scouts. Emily earned a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art with a focus on metalsmithing, jewelry design, and graphic design from Indiana University Bloomington.
