Bob Leffler

Bob Leffler is an accomplished leader in the engineering and manufacturing sectors, currently serving as President & COO at VRC Engineered Solutions since July 2023. With extensive experience at Henniges Automotive from 1997 to 2023, Bob held multiple leadership roles, including Director of New Product Industrialization & Advanced Manufacturing Engineering, where Bob focused on automation and IIoT integration. Bob has a robust background in elastomeric solutions from roles at Q Holding Company and Isola Group, and a solid foundation in product development and engineering from XERIDIEM Medical Devices and earlier positions. Notably, Bob's career began in the Army National Guard as a Power Generation Technician, demonstrating early leadership and technical skills. Bob holds both a Master of Science in Industrial Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Manufacturing Systems from Illinois State University.
