Scott Blanchard

Scott Blanchard serves as the EHS Manager for VRC Engineered Solutions since March 2022, bringing extensive experience in health, safety, and environmental management across various organizations. Scott's military experience includes roles as a Field Medical Technician and Assistant Leading Petty Officer in the U.S. Navy Reserve since 2016, providing medical support for Marines and overseeing career counseling. Previous positions include EH&S Manager at Steel Craft Corp. and Safety Director at GO Riteway, where Scott developed strategies to ensure compliance and enhance safety culture. Scott also held the Corporate Safety Manager role at Western States Envelope & Label, overseeing safety for multiple facilities, and notable positions in the U.S. Navy, where responsibilities ranged from medical record supervision to safety and environmental compliance. Educationally, Scott holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice/Safety Studies from Lakeland University.
