Phil Perry is an accomplished educator and industry professional with extensive experience in delivering construction professional development courses across Canada. As President of Perry Educational Services Ltd since May 2010, Phil has developed and taught over 1000 courses to more than 7000 students using both face-to-face and virtual platforms. Additionally, Phil has served as a Contract Instructor for multiple associations, including the Edmonton Construction Association, ICBA, Calgary Construction Association, and others, accumulating significant course development and delivery experience. With a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Alberta and a background in military engineering, Phil combines academic knowledge with practical expertise in the construction sector.
