Gaurav P. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Gaurav started their career as an Assistant Manager at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., FES, Swaraj Division from August 2012 to April 2015. Gaurav then had a brief internship as an HR Intern at Cognizant from April 2018 to June 2018.

Gaurav then worked at Tata Steel as part of a live project from December 2017 to February 2018. Following this, they joined ITC Infotech as an Assistant Manager in Talent Management from May 2019 to March 2021. Here, they contributed to various strategic HR projects, managed talent management initiatives, and played a key role in the D&I and employee experience teams.

In 2021, Gaurav became a Regional Human Resources Business Partner at IDFC FIRST Bank. Gaurav handled employee lifecycle processes for multiple branches in the Rest of Maharashtra & Goa Region and was also involved with the central product team focusing on Business Banking.
