Naveen Valeti

Naveen Valeti has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Naveen started their career at Point B, where they worked as a Business Consultant for Kaiser Permanente. Naveen then moved on to work as a Business Systems Analyst for 4C Solutions, focusing on web-based solutions for the automotive industry. Afterwards, they worked as a Sr. Business Systems Analyst for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oregon through Kforce, gathering user requirements for an enterprise healthcare application. Naveen also gained experience at Integra Telecom as a Sr. Business Consultant, decomposing high-level business models and managing service requests. At Nike, they served as a Sr. Business Systems Analyst, and then transitioned to KU Technologies as a BI Lead, providing business intelligence services to a global education company. Following this, they joined Dell as a Product Owner, and later became an Investor at Invenmi. Naveen's most recent roles include being the Chief Executive Officer at VRN Technologies, where they drive growth and expansion by building client relationships and developing tailored strategies. Naveen also serves as a Managing Partner at VRN JOBS LLC, a management consulting firm specializing in application development and strategic execution. Additionally, they Co-Founded MyLilStory, a company that offers facial recognition software for child care providers.

Naveen Valeti completed their BTECH degree in Information Technology at the University of Madras from 1999 to 2003. Naveen then pursued an MBA in Leadership & Organizational Behaviour at Oklahoma Christian University from 2004 to 2005.
