VRnxt is a start up company which is based on virtual and augmented reality. The first product of VRnxt is ArchVR . Our system enables users to fully immerse themselves in a 1:1-scale, 3D Building Information Model (BIM) that provides an accurate sense of presence in a space that is yet to be built. What VRnxt has developed is an end to end (Hardware+Software) solution that provides virtual simulation, immersive design, architectural visualization, and is a communication tool for the Architecture Engineering Construction (AEC) industry. Our solution has the ability to replace costly, static physical mock-ups for a fraction of the cost with greater results. VR is immersive and interactive. It brings viewers into the experience, letting them interact in ways still and video can only dream of. Armed with our skills and experience to produce ultra realistic, real-time interactive virtual reality, your company can gain the upper hand by being able to provide full-scale, virtual mock-ups of high end apartment buildings to prospective clients before construction even begins. You will be able to sell apartments to clients simply by immersing them in the virtual simulation. We even have voice over explaining about the features of the apartment. The voice can be triggered just by looking at it. Change the colours, materials and aesthetics of the apartment in realtime and chose the interior that the customer love. Time and cost associated with showing a physical mock-up or a physical apartment are eliminated, design changes specific to each client could be first noted and then implemented upon construction, and even the view outside of the virtual apartment could be changed dynamically to accurately represent the cityscape from different floors in the high-rise apartment building.
