Safdhar Adoor

Safdhar Adoor has a diverse work experience in the hospitality and event management industry. Safdhar co-founded and served as a director at V & RO Hospitality Pvt. Ltd., a rapidly growing hospitality chain with over 50 restaurants across multiple cities in India. Safdhar then went on to co-found and direct Swiggy Steppinout, scaling it to become one of India's largest B2C event companies with numerous intellectual properties and successfully executing SMF, one of India's biggest music festivals. Adoor also founded SteppinOut by Dineout and acted as its founder, overseeing brand development, website growth, advertising revenue, and developing brand strategy and statistical systems. Safdhar started their entrepreneurial journey as a co-founder and partner at Rices Obliquity, an event organization company responsible for bringing top artists to Bangalore. In this role, they were responsible for strategic consulting, growth, and business planning of the company.

Safdhar Adoor attended St Josephs Boys High School from 2002 to 2008, where they completed their high school education. Safdhar then enrolled at Ramaiah Institute Of Technology from 2010 to 2014, earning a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Civil Engineering. In 2017, they pursued a Business Strategy & Consulting degree at Imperial College Business School. Safdhar Adoor participated in the 2015 batch of the Founders Institute, an institution where they obtained an additional certification. In 2023, they attended IE Business School, focusing on Marketing.
