Paul Geusgens

Paul Geusgens is an experienced professional in the field of executive search and talent management, currently serving as the Owner of Vroom since 1999, where the focus is on realizing the ambitions of clients and candidates amid today's changing landscape. Prior to this role, Paul held the position of Manager/Senior Consultant at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting from 1997 to 1999, and served in the Royal Dutch Navy from 1992 to 1993. Paul holds a degree in Management Science & Business Administration from the University of Twente, earned between 1986 and 1992.
