Michael Jud

Sr Director, Customer Experience at Vroozi

Michael Jud has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Michael started their career at the United Way of Massachusetts Bay and the Merrimack Valley as a Loaned Executive in 1994. In 1998, they moved on to become a Senior Financial Analyst at Grace Construction Products, where they reported directly to the President and CFO and worked on strategic projects.

In 1999, Michael joined i2i and Industry to Industry, two Internet startups that targeted global chemical companies. Michael played a crucial role as a Product Manager in developing strategies, partnerships, and sales plans. These companies grew from 10 to over 120 employees worldwide.

From 2001 to 2013, Michael worked at ASUG - Americas' SAP Users' Group as a Volunteer, serving as the SAP point of contact to build a community, improve education opportunities, and promote best practices for supply chain processes.

During the same period, Michael also worked at SAP Labs, LLC as a Solution Manager, where they were responsible for developing business, product, and partner opportunities for the SAP Business Suite. Michael engaged with strategic customers to increase product adoption, define requirements, and align roadmaps.

In 2015, Michael joined Vroozi as a Senior Director, Product Evangelist, where they created and executed a product strategy that delivered innovative technology and processes for buyers and suppliers in the procurement industry.

Michael later returned to Vroozi in 2021, first as a Senior Director, Product Marketing, and later as a Senior Director, Customer Experience.

Most recently, Michael joined Tradeshift in 2017 as a Director, Product Marketing, where they focused on growing Tradeshift's Procure-to-Pay solution and improving process efficiency for procurement and accounts payable customers.

Michael Jud attended Avon High School from 1983 to 1987, where they completed their high school education. Michael then went on to Trinity College-Hartford from 1987 to 1991, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Computer Science. Following that, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Babson College from 1995 to 1999, specializing in Entrepreneurship and Finance.
