Roman Mosko

Roman Mosko is an experienced Middle Account Manager at VRP Consulting, supporting nonprofit development in fundraising, volunteering, program and grant management through Salesforce implementation since September 2021. Prior to this role, Roman served as the Head of Fundraising at Belarus Red Cross from June 2017 to September 2021, where responsibilities included developing a modern fundraising system, implementing software products, managing a team, and securing partnerships with over 50 businesses, resulting in more than 3 million BYN raised. Roman also held the position of Learning Specialist at Belarus Red Cross, focusing on systematizing training for internal and external users. Roman Mosko holds a Master’s degree in Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Belarusian State Economic University.
